Drilling Managers needed to lead Reverse Circulation Division and new Diamond Core Division
ADS has drilling operations across Australia providing our clients a wide range of drilling services such as large diameter water well and horizontal mine dewatering, dual rotary drilling, diamond core drilling, geotechnical and specialised civil engineering drilling, shallow offshore jack up drill platforms and RC and air core exploration drilling.
Due to continued expansion, recent restructuring, ongoing contracts along with a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service we require two motivated, energetic and experienced Drilling Managers to lead our Reverse Circulation and Diamond Core Divisions in Western Australia.
Both positions, based in our new facility in Forrestfield Perth, will need a person who is very comfortable and competent with managing daily client interaction, safety compliance and innovation along with more traditional daily drilling reports, crew rosters and rig logistics. The successful candidates will be responsible for the successful completion of our numerous drilling contracts.
Both roles will require individuals who can deal with multiple priorities and work under pressure from time to time and be prepared to get the job done. Regular field trips will be part of the responsibility
Several years in a similar role is highly desirable and 10 years broad drilling experience including Reverse Circulation drilling or Diamond drilling is essential for these roles. Ideally, the candidates will have Cert IV or V in Drilling (or be prepared to obtain it) and a Cert IV in workplace training and assessing or related Safety / EHS training or certification would also be highly regarded.
Australian Drilling Solutions will provide ongoing training opportunities for the successful candidates.
