Forrestfield Administration, Operations and Maintenance facility opens
ADS has consolidated 3 Perth based business units into one new 9000 sq M facility in Forrestfield. The move to...
the new office and yard took place in October. Operations, Administration, Stores and Maintenance are all now fully functional.
The move into one facility is the first part of a new WA integration plan.
• The motivation for change is to put in place a platform to build on and maximise operational efficiency through aligning and pooling specific skills and knowledge, supervision, support and maintenance.
• Additional benefit is creating a simpler structure for our clients and ability to market ourselves with a new focus.
